These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Forge app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Vasudhamma Modem (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a commercial service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to these Terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these Terms prior to using the Application.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider’s trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason, with clear communication of any charges. The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider may terminate access to the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end, and you must cease using and delete the Application.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms of Service. By using the Application, you agree to comply with these third-party terms:
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data allowance. You are responsible for any data charges incurred, including roaming fees.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third parties for certain information and accept no liability for any loss (direct or indirect) resulting from your use of the Application.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are effective as of 2026-02-10.
